This afternoon, we used junk materials to create our own egg containers which would protect an egg dropped from a 2 metre height. It was great fun! Most of the eggs cracked but we did have some survive!
The Key Worker children enjoyed creating their own multi-media artwork. We scribbled with crayons, painted over with water colours, ripped up our colourful designs, stuck the strips back down to create our collage and then used oil pastels to create the eyes and nose of our animals.
We are very proud of and thankful to all those who are working in the NHS at this time and to all other key workers. Here is a huge thank you from us to show our appreciation.

Wow, what an amazing effort from all of our children. They all did so well and were noted by staff and the public for the effort, positivity and ‘never-say-die’ attitude. Well done everyone who successfully completed the run – a challenge met and mastered by you all. Well done.
If this is what Friday the 13th looks like then let’s have it every week. Our children are hard working, caring, polite, conscientious and all-round delightful human beings. The comments from staff and children alike were just brilliant today and I felt overwhelmingly proud of everything that I heard. Well done everyone.
Yesterday, 16 of our most brilliant scientists took the short walk to Torpoint Community College where they extracted DNA from a kiwi fruit!
